Background: Adolescence period is described as “neither children nor adult” or “growing-up years’’. After infancy, adolescence the second fastest growth period. It where transformation occurs from childhood to adulthood with extent biochemical, emotional, cognitive, physical and social development. Methods: Study was carried out on 15-19 years age group of adolescent girls. Total number girls 100 they were classified into three different groups’ i.e. upper class, middle class lower class. The information related dietary intake, food habit knowledge about obtained through interview schedules consumption subjects assessed using a 3 days 24-hours recall method. Nutrition education package delivered help various methods namely lectures, storytelling, drama videos.
